The Kenyan real estate sector has recently experienced a boom and we at Shani & Co have through experience carved a niche in handling all matters relating to real estate. Our multidisciplinary offering brings together the different aspects of banking and finance helping our clients achieve the set objectives for their investments. Our work includes offering legal advisory services on projects and developments, handling the due diligence process for all land purchases, and preparing and perfecting contracts, leases, tenancy agreements, and any other contracts associated with real estate banking.

Akin to the employment law practice, we provide services in Immigration Law including but not limited to visa applications, special passes, permanent residency applications, work permits, citizen applications and work permits together with accompanying dependent’s passes.We also assist our Clients in formulating immigration strategies for individuals and corporations.

Shani & Company Advocates LLP strives to ensure that matters do not reach the courts if other resolution mechanisms can be pursued. As such, we embrace the concept and practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms (ADR) through negotiation, arbitration, and mediation. The firm has also greatly embraced the newly introduced court-annexed mediation and has assisted several parties in the recent past to settle matters through Court-Annexed mediation.
