Marion Bii
Marion Bii is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Dispute Resolution Associate specializing in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
She advises clients on dispute-resolution strategies designed to take account of their commercial objectives, efficiency considerations and wider interests. Her experience includes court representation, arbitration, mediation, preparation of pleadings and written submissions.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Mediator, Marion combines advocacy skills with a practical and solutions-oriented approach to dispute resolution.
Her professional interests also extend to intellectual property, entertainment law and data protection law.
Marion graduated from Kabarak University Law School with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and has received local and international recognition through moot court and debate competitions.
