Eliud Njathi is a commercially oriented legal practitioner with expertise in corporate law, conveyancing and commercial transactions.

He advises clients on corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, property and security transactions, legal due diligence, corporate governance and regulatory filings.

His conveyancing work includes land and property transactions, transfers, securities and related registration processes. He also has experience in dispute resolution, including preparation of pleadings, affidavits and legal submissions, as well as support for arbitration and civil litigation.
